i don't think so. i think choking in any sporting sense refers to when you throw away a game you're supposed to win. astralis didn't throw away the game because they didn't suddenly play like dogshit in the last few rounds, fnatic stepped up, that was my point. most people probably predicted astralis to come 3rd in the tournament, and probably not beat envyus. yet they beat envyus and came 2nd overall, and played close games vs the best team in the world. by that retard's logic above, if astralis had won the game, it'd have been a fnatic choke because they had the lead at half time. that's what i was trying to dispute - nobody choked, fnatic were just the better team this time. and i'm not fanboying either side, i don't really care to get involved with liking specific players/teams/etc. i just think people aren't appreciating great counter strike when they see it, and instead just want to hop on the hate train to appear edgy.

the problem mate is not that they choke or whatever. i think the problem is how "amazing" they can play. Every tournament/online game (well almost) they destroy the opposing team or if the game is close its almost always because they make a comeback after a time out. Many people think that is fishy.no i dont think they cheat but obv there is something we can not see that helps them. from my point of view it is impossible to mentally comeback from so many situations, keep your cool like that. I know they are supposed to do so but i just do not understand how can you do that every single time. Its like they are not even humans

well, even if you're correct then if it happens every single time it can't really be called "choking", it seems like they have some kind of underlying confidence issue or mental block. either way it's sad to see though yeah, when astralis are on form they're a contender for the best team in the world imo.
