To celebrate Nikola "NiKo" Kovač's latest MVP award, our video editor Radosław "MAKKU" Makuch has put together a video with the player's best moments from ESL One New York.

FaZe were crowned champions after beating Liquid 3-0 in the grand final, capping off a sensational run that saw them lose an average of just 5.5 rounds per map..

Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač was the highest rated player of the tournament, averaging a 1.70 Rating across seven maps. The Bosnian also had the highest KDD (+88), Damage difference per round (+45.5) and KAST (86.8%), and was the top clutcher of the competition, having won two 1v1, three 1v2 and one 1v3 situations.

youre an idiot if you think that you can straight up compare the two like that, cold is a much more passive player and is support for his team. niko is on the front lines and is much more aggressive. both top players in world

cold is great passively, and in a solid system. but when it comes to raw skill, i have to learn towards niko. just unbelievable talent from boths players tho.

I don't think Cold needs a system to be amazing, just look at Rank S games where he hard carries. He is way more passive than Niko though, that's for sure.
