FURIA announce US move

FURIA's players will relocate to Miami next month, team coach Nicholas "⁠guerri⁠" Nogueira has announced.

In a TwitLonger post, guerri wrote that the move will happen after the Americas Minor, in London, the second of two international events that the team will attend in the coming weeks.

FURIA will become the latest Brazilian team to make the trip to North America in search for better practise conditions, following in the footsteps of MIBR, Luminosity and TeamOne.

Currently ranked 53rd in the world, FURIA have risen through the ranks in Brazilian Counter-Strike in recent months. The team will attend the upcoming ZOTAC Cup Masters Americas Finals, in California, in what will be their biggest international challenge yet, after finishing runners-up to Sharks at the ESL LA League Finals, which served as a qualifier for the ESL Pro League Season 7 Finals.

The Brazilian team's line-up looks as follows:

I hope they do well, I enjoy watching FURIA. Just wish they werent coming in now. Could easily be 2nd best after mibr. Clearly LG and Team One aren't doing much.

yeah, NTC, MIBR, LG and T1. 5 br teams in NA or have been to with NTC ex IMT. Just crazy how many have went over there without counting Tempo Storm when they had BR roster because they just didn't do much in their last roster. Overall I'm, glad for BR scene but jesus christ, it's a big step to go to NA. Just leapfrog and try for Visa in EU. Still english or BR with full team.

nah.. something is just not working in NTC. They have kNg (i would say he's the 4th best player in brazil on just individual skill), Felps, FNX legendary player with experience and their still losing to tier 3 trash teams.

They need more games and they will be fine. Fnx was out of action over year. Kng was out long time, felps little less but still. Bit not played top tier cs so he just needs to get more comfortable.
