IEM Global Challenge talent announced*

Janko "⁠YNk⁠" Paunović will be part of the IEM Global Challenge talent team on one of two commentating trios.

Two trios and a sideline reporter will be bringing the IEM Global Challenge action to life on the tournament's broadcast, with YNk making a return to an on-air crew after stepping away from the microphones in mid-2018 to pursue a career as a coach with MIBR and later on with FaZe, the team he parted ways with in October.

The 28-year-old will be part of a trio with Chad "⁠SPUNJ⁠" Burchill and Alex "⁠Machine⁠" Richardson, while Tres "⁠stunna⁠" Saranthus*, Harry "JustHarry" Russell and Hugo Byron will form the second three-piece outfit commentating the event. Reporting from the sidelines will be the last piece of the puzzle, Frankie Ward.

The $500,000 IEM Global Challenge will take place on December 15-20, acting as a book end for 2020, and will feature many of the world's top teams, including the current top 5 in the ranking: Vitality, Astralis, HEROIC, Natus Vincere and BIG.

Update: ESL has announced that stunna has tested positive for Covid-19 and is currently in quarantine. The German TO will evaluate if and how he can potentially join the broadcast at a later stage, based on test results and medical advice.
