felps joins Gaimin Gladiators

The aggressive rifler is back in action after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Gaimin Gladiators have announced the signing of João "⁠felps⁠" Vasconcellos, who will take the place of the outgoing Bruno "⁠b4rtiN⁠" Câmara.

felps returns to the server after six months of inactivity, as the 28-year-old was benched by RED Canids in April following the team's failure to qualify for the Austin Major.

Since then, he turned out for mix-team UnderDogs and now joins a Gaimin Gladiators team currently ranked No. 65 in the VRS.

The Gabriel "⁠NEKIZ⁠" Schenato-led team has enjoyed solid results in online regional competition, recently winning the ESL Challenger League Season 50 South America Cup 3, which puts them a step closer to an ESL Pro League S23 spot.

felps is set to make his Gaimin Gladiators debut at CCT Season 3 South America Series 6, where he and his team have received a direct playoff invite.
