blomstar to mount new team

Former Ninjas in Pyjamas talent Fabian "blomstar" Akermark has revealed to HLTV.org that he is putting together a new team ahead of DSRack.

The Swedish player became a free agent last week, when he and ICSU parted company with one another after an early exit at ASUS Summer in Ukraine.

He noted that the only player who has so far agreed to join his new project is Matthias "seazon" Clausen, who has played for the likes of Evilzone and Volt Gaming in the past.

But Akermark stressed that he has big plans for his team, and is currently in talks with former MYM star André "BARBARR" Möller, ICSU player Daniel "rape" Börzsönyi and ex-Playzone man André "keiz" Carlsson.

"Of course I want BARBARR, he is one of the best players around, and he can become the best in the world in 12 months," he told HLTV.org.

"We want keiz but we do not know if he will be with [Stockholm] Angels.

"Too bad rape joined ICSU so fast, I want him as well, and I am talking to him right now."

Möller has been strongly linked with Counter-Strike action at Playzone, but Akermark is confident he will be able to turn the former H2k player's head around.

"I am pulling his [BARBARR's] arm to us every day, and he is so back and forth, you know, he cannot make up his mind but this is an offer he cannot refuse," Akermark added.

Quizzed on the people behind his new project, Akermark only said: "It is not a Swedish organisation, and it has been kind of low key for the last couple of years."

Akermark's new team will be on show at DSRack LAN #3 in Copenhagen from 18-24 October, with only the following two players so far confirmed:

Fabian "blomstar" Akermark
Matthias "seazon" Clausen

Where did you get that bullshit from? Rofl. Get your facts straight. He has been given tryout for EYE and NiP, never been part of the team. Sure he played in a NiP-mix (he was planned to be a staindin for the real NiP, but this never worked out) but he has never played with the real organisation. To say that he has played for NiP and EYE is very misleading. Besides, both the times were when EYE and NiP played like shit, never when they fought to be no.1 in the world.

team could do some damage locally and on the semi-elite level, and maybe cause some upsets. i don't see this team, regardless of the additions, becoming any kind of major force, although there are alot of talented players i the mix.
