aU ready for DH Winter via PZ ladder

alchemists Unleashed have qualified for DreamHack Winter by topping the 29th season of the PlayZeek ladder.

One spot for DreamHack Winter was up for grabs in the 29th season of the ladder over at PlayZeek, seeing Norwegian team alchemists Unleased, Gamingplace! and dakarma on the participants list.

With 23 matches played, winning 19 and losing 4, aU topped the ladder with 1,331 points. The Norwegian team, who failed to reach the qualifier final in the Norwegian qualifier, finished above Gamingplace!, who in 26 matches had lost 7 and won 19, scoring 1,160 points.

aU are the second Norwegian team to qualify for DreamHack Winter, joining their countrymen from .no and making the participants list for DreamHack Winter look as follows:

There are still 11 teams left to finalize the participants list, one team will be found via the Portuguese qualifier, four via the BYOC qualifier, while six spots are listed as TBA on the DreamHack website.

DreamHack Winter 2010 will take place at Elmia, in Jönköping, from 25-28 November, with 32 teams involved in the Counter-Strike competition and a prizepool of $35,400.
