LLL down ESC against all odds

The first interesting match of the day saw ESC Gaming taking on LowLandLions, a match many expected ESC to win.

LowLandLions lost their first match in the group stage, when playing against DN-Gaming and not many had faith in them in their second match, where they would face ESC Gaming on de_train.

But against all odds, the Dutchmen managed to take down the Scandinavian team, starting with a 9-6 lead after the T side, ending up winning 22-8. A clear star for LLL in the match would be Chris "chrisJ" de Jong, who really showed how to handle the big green while recording a 39-14 score (2.18 rating), winning many clutch rounds in the process, although sadly he did not record POV demo in the match.

With the result the group turns out to be a lot more interesting than expected and it shall be interesting to see if any of the teams can mess with the Russians from Moscow Five.

Hahaha. As we can see ESC is a bunch of overrated and useless players who should retire as soon as possible. I was 100% for ESC but look what faith have given to me.. A fucking big slap from a trout in the head.

They lost but they lost to some crappy players who seems to be not so crappy at all. And what about karrigan. Everyone thought he's a great stand-in but he was the lowest of the whole match to be honest. Well he was dragging the whole team on CT side but what's up with all the others from ESC for being so low.

You are just annoying me, thats why I swear! They have been playing with karrigan for 1week? Ore 5days.... So how well prepared do you think they can be? Not much... Did you see the game? LLL played really awesome... And they won deserved.. I jsut hate people like you , because when a big team like ESC looses to a underdog, then they are the worst team EVER... Listen : I guess you saw the match right? Did you see how LLL played?:) They wore pretty amazing , and they deserved to win.... And LLL isnt bad at all... But I can agree with you , ESC should win matches against "underdogs", but like I told you... Train is a pretty random map... Anything can happend...

I actually respect Netherland because I like Dutch language and all that stuff but what's up with ESC, they looked definetely stronger team than LLL but LLL showed a good fight indeed. Won't happen again I hope.

Delpan had played like 2weeks? And yet he did the job as the best player in the event. ESC IS overrated. Ofc they are capable of winning pro teams, but in their current game they will never win a major tournament. Just because of these low performances.

stop being a jerk, you clearly miss his point here. ESC is a great team, it's just how random the scene is atm. LLL played amazingly and totally deserved to win the match, no doubts. We saw SK loosing to early moscow5 winning only 3 rounds and look at them now. :) ESC will come back into the game. They are not noobish or overrated. End of story.

Another one smartass. Show me the post where I pointed that LLL didn't deserve to win. It's just very wierd when such CS wolfs like ESC can't defeat a crappy team. But as seen in todays performence, LLL is getting tougher so for no further due let's cut this mess. And I hope that they'll show some skill as soon as possible.

Stop talking shit about ESC. - They are playing with a stand-in, which means 3 nationalities in one team, which means room for mistakes. - Odds are they are affected by what happened in Oslo recently. I bet kalle and tacky (althought he's not there) knew some of the people on the island. A large percent of Norway did. The whole nation is affected.
