TeG announce return

The Elder Gods have announced their return to activity with a newly-built Counter-Strike division.

The Romanian giants had announced last month the decision to close their doors for good, with founding member Mircea "PeRRy" Predut indicating the name TeG would die after the disbandment of the team.

Daniel "k1d0r" Paka has now decided to assume the reigns of the project, inviting two other players - Daniel "DaNy" Voinea and Marius "MaRiuS" Ionita - who already have many events under TeG on their backs.

The other two players to don TeG's colours are Catalin "bEe" Stanescu and Andrei "snapple" Constantin, both of whom served Earthquake at the WCG in Los Angeles.

"I believe that this team has a great potential, a tremendous desire to win competitions, both internally and abroad, the only things we lack, in my opinion, are training and experience in competitions," Paka told HLTV.org

"These players need only a little support from sponsors and the community and I'm sure we'll go far, in theory I am one of the few players with experience in international competitions and I will try to guide them as much as I can."

The Elder Gods, who plan on competing in the upcoming PGL season and the Romanian DreamHack qualifier, now have:

they need 3 of the previuous 5 members to keep the division A slot in PGL...they could keep taofik in the lineup for example just for the slot

great, now teg also is full of kids whom i never heard of 3-4 years ago. well at least 2 of them played for more

perry is not important for this team since most tactics from pro teams relay on the individual aim and skill of the player.

Yes but you know how mad TaZ got at TeG when they "cheated" their way to a recent event, then shortly after they disbanded so maybe Taz thought "Good, now they're gone". But now just a few weeks later they're back in game :PpP

TeG.cs was very strong in 2008-end of 2009 (perry darky taofik k1dor marius )but all good things come to an end as perry(3 months ago) & darky(1weak ago) retired.. and marius left the team. So that was very bad.. and the team had like 2 team changes in the past months. +(DaNy & ony) and now we see snapple (past eq player) and marius back in the team. TeG just need to practice , practice and u know.. ps: what happend to Eq ??
