In the beginning, energy level dropped rapidly, but the deficit was also greater. Now i do have more energy, as the defecit gets smaller - but the weight loss also slows as a result.

Its tightening up a little bit but there are definitely some loose skin. Worst spot is on the belly and under my arms. But i hope to tighten it a little bit with muscles.

I did for a month or so, but i find it hard to stay below 50g carbs, so i mostly focus on calories. Also i cut back on salt and i consume ZERO sugar.
