Unless you bought that PC when i3 came out, nobody is "giving the ass" to have that processor... But get a dedicated graphic card... for like 150€ or something, and you'll a good improvement.

You sure that CPU has 4 cores? Or do you mean 2 cores with 2 threads each, making it 4 threads? But anyways, you can't upgrade that GPU, I mean, it wont be that easy, and you'll have a lot of problems...
