The setup time has been a problem in CS for 15 years. I never understood why CS players need 30 minutes to setup and warm up.

Yeah I'm sure you can find videos that "prove" that f0rest is a cheater if you wanted to. There is random shit that happens in almost every match that you can choose to interpret as cheating.
