Regarding Rating 3.0: HLTV 3.0 is as close to RWS (round-win-shares) as it gets where what matters most is your impact in the rounds your team wins as well as your negative impact when your team loses.

In my opinion, the value of getting used to your teammates and knowing what they will do can not be understated. Having to call less will lessen distraction, eliminate unnecessary communication & build synergy that can't be reproduced otherwise.

All teams keep adding talent but to me The MongolZ and Vitality are proof that you should always build around chemistry instead of talent (alone). Honorable mentions for chemistry/charisma-based lineups: G2, GL

The best contender - if TiltKo does NOT lose his shit this time and starts acting like an adult towards all teammates for an extended period - like it or not, are The Falcons. They have the best odds of sweeping the floor with everybody come 2026 besides MongolZ. They don't have to worry about money & we will see if zonic has any value left in him. As it stands, he should be replaced before anyone else, especially not kyxsan - this team needs at least one guy who does not mind being the bitch in the server. This role/trait will always be as underappreciated as the role of the IGL (you can view TeSeS & mezii as prime non-IGL examples). They are the glue for all the ego clashing withn a team full of talent because they're willing to step back as well as forward when needed, no questions asked.

The chemistry/charisma-part is also what worked for Vitality. At least up until recently they had the perfect combination (4 vibes + the can-be most toxic guy on the scene). However, something seems out of touch at the moment & it might be Apex's fault because everyone is (positively) charismatic as fuck while Apex tends to be the toxic/pushy leader that gets the best out of everyone. At the moment, when things go south, he is really bad at recovering mentally and pulling them back together.

It wouldn't be the most glamorous but definitely a deserved one because they still have upward potential & other all others teams have been caught lacking time and again recently. Though I'd argue MongolZ usually lost when the opposition had a really good game while usually making just about any map competetive to a certain extent.

Who else do we have?
Spirit are in rehab, MOUZ needs to stop having 1-2 ghosts in the server when it matters most, G2 have good potential but might also just go back to being "somewhat competetive" and become the next GL for the time being. Furia is probably the most interesting team besides G2 - I really think they're a huge coinflip and heavily depend on what the BR grandpa of CS has to offer next year.

you could prove it? I'm checking my faceit and not only is my elo higher, but I don't have a negative KD playing in 2350 elo europe.. In fact I have a positive KD in europe playing on 120 ping, playing at much higher elo than you.. Weird how that one works right
