OW / VAC does work, i get from time to time, ingame messages when i start CS op. That a user have been banned by OW/VAC because i reported him ingame. So dont say it doesnt work.

bigger % for a spraying bullet to hit his target. If his first bullet hits face, only 1 or 2 bullets need to hit to kill. And by shaking his aim he has a bigger % rather than trying to control recoil ...

Sensitivity help
You cant copy a pros settings, you need to find the setting that fits you. I use 450 DPI and 1.3 ingame and std windows sens. EDIT: Yes it will feel the same with 1600 DPI
