new MB solved the issue for me

Just installed new MB ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0, and the problem seems to be fixed,i also bought new ram, but iam pretty sure it was the MB causing the Issue, thanks for help every1

Found out that my MB is Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3, Socket-AM3+

I dont think its my cpu, but after reading some of the comments here i am starting to suspect its my MB, need to find some tool to check temps etc to be 100% sure
