this term "double kill" comes from 1.6 times when you killed two enemies with single bullet, for example AWP kill. at least this is how I understand it.
G400S mouse for CSGO
im using g400s. it has a cable protection so it makes it more difficult to break the mouse cable (very common problem between these kinds of mice)

I would say, at first find good CS settings for playing by testing different variants. Then you need to have good gear, which you would feel playing comfortable with. The mouse should be not too heavy...

I had a previous Deathadder with 3600DPI and I didnt like it either... My choice is G400 from all the mice.
