Yeah, but in lvl 4 faceit there isnt roles, there is just a FFA. Thereby, people with a low amount of frags will naturally not have done as much for the team. They might have given calls etc etc, but ...

Yes, but i think kills should affect this. Say you lose with 40 kills, you should lose 10-15 not 25. Same if you win with 10 kills, you should earn 10-15 elo, not 25.
