Go for a BenQ monitor, no matter what. Hard to get anything better for this price. Personally, I use BenQ XL2430T, if I had to buy a monitor again, I would definitely buy another one from BenQ.

Driving license in Norway
I guess you can easily use your driving license. If not, get an International Driving License. As far as I'm concerned, you don't have to take any extra driving tests. Just pay for the license itself.

No, It was pretty fresh. Been using it for like 2 years or so. It wasn't even the low end one. But since buying the SSD solve my problem, I've never wondered why exactly these fps drops occurred.

ever since I purchased SSD, I have not experienced a single fps drop, which was pretty common when I used HDD. And no, the HDD wasn't damaged. Works fine on the other PC.

Works like this for me mate :P Not that much of a difference but I guess it would be more noticeable on a PC with CPU like i3 and SSD.

pretty decent CPU, you can get even higher than 500-600fps if you pair it with a decent SSD etc.

the 4th guy is decent as well. He's got a good decision making and game sense, not that decent in terms of aim but he still manages to keep up. Only Izakoo seems to be a problem here.

so there's no point in upgrading tbh. i5 6600 is a great CPU. Unless you wanna overclock or spend your money on sth, I would recommend not to upgrade it.

In CSGO CPU is more important than GPU so if I were you, I would at least go for some i5 CPU. Check out the i5 7600k. The price hasn't been released yet but I think it's not gonna be that bad. If not ...
