I dont have any issues. FPS locked to 300 and rock stable on 1440p and MSAA x8. Maybe your using GeForce Experience which can cause PC cancer. If so uninstall it immediately.

Rise of Tomb Raider maxed out over 4GB of memory. BTW it doesnt matter at this point, either of these card is able to handle 1080p with max settings even with 12GB memory.

Nice troll. Resident Evil Biohazard 1080p max out: 1060 3GB: min fps 10, max 31 because of low memory. With this card you can play CS and minecraft tops.
