I contacted their support and the second time I did it the guy was at least sincere and told me that they will not compensate for missed winnings, despite all the bets placed on this match yesterday being cancelled because of a typo made on their end. All we can do at this point is write an angry e-mail to [email protected], or confront them on social media. Maybe they will care if it gets loud, maybe they won't. GLHF and withdraw your skins. I know what you're implying, but this is a little different. This wasn't like some known tier 3 NA team like EchoFox coming in and beating LG in a Bo3 (that would be practically impossible). Tyloo, rather, were an unknown quantity who've only played (dominated) in their own region who top international teams like LG have never played against, so it's not a traditional upset between two known quantities which would be far less likely.
