Rizz has the highest rating on the team and you trade him in for a not so strong player from the GTZ Bulls. Honestly, I don't know what can save the Offset team, I'm afraid to say that this is the weakest team in the Portuguese region.

The rating you're basing yourself on is from the last 3 months and Offset only have 4 hltv matches in that time period but in reality they played more than 30 matches so it's not really relevant. Shr is one of the best portuguese youngsters, the only issue is if fits the team in terms of role, but he is an upgrade in terms of skill and definitely potential imo. But yes, Offset has not been good in quite a while.
