Here is the answer.
World Cyber Games should have started at 12:00 CET, but the tournament have been delayed due to several reasons.
The first twelve matches at World Cyber Games should have started at 12:00 CET, but as a common starting-factor for any tournament, the tournament has started out with delays. One of the reasons would be the network, which is not giving the players any internet. Also a bus bringing teams from the players-village got 1 hour delayed. On the bus were mTw, MYM and more. The bus has arrived and the teams are setting up as we speak.
Regarding HLTV, we are currently waiting for the network crew at World Cyber Games to map the network, allowing us to connect our HLTV masters. Please stay tuned for updates, and note that no matches have started.

I don't. Just saying. It's like going into a movie and all of a sudden they switch the language to Japanese. Kind of annoying to not know what the fuck is going on.

are you aware of the reason for this? I mean, forcing all 30 rounds is like saying you have to play all 3 games of a bo3 even when one team wins the first 2 games o.0

In the case of a draw, there are three options, Some tournaments decide based on the result of the differing teams and let the winner surpass, some play all the rounds or until the one team wins and thereafter let the team wither the more won rounds surpass.
