NiP scored a monsterous 16-6 win on de_train_se despite starting on the harder terrorist side, largely thanks to performances such as Alesund's round and one by his teammate Adam "friberg" Friberg which will be coming later.

I use to love watching getright's & co frags in 1.6, but I smh find this boring as hell. No offence errzyx, great job. Dont get me wrong I'm not 1 of those "1.6 for life" however it looks wierd as f**k

I have the same feeling. I just watched a first mini movie of cs go like this and this isn't as exciting as some of the best plays of CS 1.6

play csgo more and u will appreciate this more. not flaming just saying. Obviously this is going to feel weird as it's new to you but over time you will like it. 1.6 looks weird as hell to a normal gamer, its just you are used to it!

Depends what you mean by the word inferior. Less players, less tournaments, less exposure, yes it was inferior. The game itself being inferior is all a matter of opinion though, and I loved playing CS:S as you loved playing 1.6.

That source is easier, that's a pretty well known fact. Why wouldn't the best source team start playin 1.6 otherwise? Since it had more tournaments and prize money.

Easier in what way? It was easier than 1.6 in a spraying manner yes, tapping is equally as hard. CS:S was by far more tactically orientated that 1.6 though. And also there are a number of reasons. The game they grew up on, the game they had played since they were kids was CS:S, why would they relearn a new game with completely new mechanics when they enjoy their current game? As well as this, there is no denying 1.6 looked like a crock of shit to be fair, no matter how good the gameplay.
