One of the most surprising events ever have come to an end.

Not many, if any, had predicted emuLate as WCG champions of the year, but never the less they managed to bring home the gold to France. NoA took the nice silverware, but emL seems to be their worst nightmare - will they ever beat emuLate?

A-Gaming finally got their international break through with a well deserved bronze medal against eMg. The Ukranians managed to keep cool during the stressing double overtime and put amongst other a server crash behind them.

French who had watched emulate playing at eswc and gamegune knew they could win. GG to A-gaming too, i think they were better tan NoA on this event.

why shocking ? emuLate is a great team and when a team win teams like fnatic ,NoA , etc ... i think it's normal. but fnatic sucked in this wcg :s

1. emuLate was no favorite to take the gold. 2. NoA is one of the worlds greatest teams atm so it was a little surpricing that emuLate would win with 5% and NoA would lose with 95%.

The fact is that NoA didnt deserve the win, they were clearly outplayed by emulate who very much so deserved the win.

emL's eco round after they lost the first pistol round on inferno was sooo crazy. Couldn't believe it in front on my screen, they simply showed why you can buy a deagle in CS :D Really nice match, congrats NoA for placing 2nd although the two other big favorites are not even in the top 5.

2006-2007 Polish style 2007-2008 French touch :d but i think that a lot of team good are now in the top so 2007-2008 will be a great season for all team like a gaming emulate mousesport. I think the gold age of cs is coming back with a lot of teams who can beat each other (english bad sorry) we just need american team col 3D and it will be a fabulous season

#64 soon you'll forget about them so easy they came up...was only the bad management of making groups..and you got 2 ghost teams in top 3.. soon things will go to be clear again...teams will get their place in the end..and eml will be where his place really is..

Emulate ghost team hehe you're a really funny guy but you should try to comment football or something you actually know a little :) Eswc, draw with fnatic. Gamegune 3rd, beating Fnatic, Roccat, logitech, zykon humm ok they just little teams. 5 last matchs against noa and 5 wins but NoA is again a little team. WCG 2K7: beat noa in group but just luck. 1/8 beat team germany 2 - 0 with no match but again they had lot of luck. 1/4 beat estro 2/0 with no match damn they so lucky (french bastards grrrr). 1/2 beat A-gaming (win against roccat that knocked out PGS 2-0) 2-1 against a good Ukrainian team. Final beat NoA again(OMG what a luck!!!!!) 2-0 easy against one of the best team in the world atm and maybe the best the last months. So I think you are right emulate is an unknow team for idiots like you, thanks and see you.

Amazing play by emulate - huge applaus. :-) Over all it was a surprising event, but the event it self was a failure. The match between MYM and eSTRO was a joke. How can eSTRO get another chance when they HAD signed the papers with the result and fnatic didn't?
