Video: Interview with NBK

After VeryGames defeated fnatic to win Mad Catz Birmingham, we discussed the French side's victory in England with Nathan "NBK" Schmitt.

The French giants finally managed to clinch an international title in CS:GO last weekend as they ran out victors at Mad Catz Birmingham following a 2-0 victory over fnatic, which earned them a £6,000 cheque.

VeryGames' victory came on the same weekend as Ninjas in Pyjamas lost for the very first time, at SLTV StarSeries. All eyes will be on the RaidCall EMS One finals this weekend in Cologne, where both teams will be in attendance.

This interview with Schmitt touches on several different subjects, such as VeryGames' campaign in Birmingham, Kévin "Ex6TenZ" Droolans' rise in form, and the team's goals for EMS One.

By that logic you could say the same thing about the Starladder. Of course it counts..

Did you even read what I said.. Op said not even half the top teams were attending, but clearly they were, as well as other top teams at Starladder. Nothing incorrect with what I've said and it has nothing to do with VG dropping out of Starladder online.

it certainly counts. i just wouldnt hold this tourny in as high regard as CPH Games where you had the very best teams from every country and continent in attendance.

NBK had a good point regarding ex6tenz and all the bashing towards him. He focus more on the team and the chemistry between players, setups and such, before he starts focusing on his own performance. I think this might be a really good idea, which is also what we see in many stable teams. When they have the teamplay and everything sorted out, they start focusing on individual performances it is here everything combinded have a huge impact on the results.

1- Look at Xizt 2- Learn. Their chemistry over skill formula isn't working as it should.
