Curse add adreN, AZK; Dynamic dead

Curse has recruited Eric "adreN" Hoag and Keven "AZK" Lariviére from Team Dynamic to fill their roster after removing two players yesterday. Dynamic ceases to exist.

The North American Curse squad announced the removal of in-game leader Cody "ezpk" Shirley and original hold mouse one member Michael "Michael3D" Wilbanks yesterday evening.

Today they have completed the additions of Eric "adreN" Hoag and Keven "AZK" Lariviére, two former teammates of Todd "anger" Williams, from Team Dynamic, to bring their roster back to five active players.

adreN joins Curse together with AZK

Team Dynamic has been led by Hoag for a long time and the team which now only consists of Sal "Volcano" Garozzo, Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert and Braxton "swag" Pierce can safely be considered dead.

Hoag is expected to take over the in-game leading duties in Curse while Lariviére has always been a strong AWPer, similarly to Curse's star player Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham. The roster now looks as follows:

Todd "anger" Williams
Keven "AZK" Lariviére
Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham
Stan "stan" Sukachov

Garozzo is expected to retire from active playing career while both Gilbert and Pierce will likely end up in some team in the coming weeks. Stay tuned to HLTV.org for more updates as the situation develops.

AZK has been playing with the AWP way more time the Skadoodle now his accuracy and consistency level is definitely not to get on a comparison chart yet AZK is still better with the big green and for the record there has been plenty of good canadian players in CS throughout history and Semphis is one of them and he is currently active still so... you're wrong again sir

double awp in d2 is bad in cs:go,ct side and T side need to be much more agressive than in other games therefore playing too passive would hurt them

Either you're biased towards European teams, either you didn't watch the ESEA games. Quantic has what it takes to be top5 (and proved it). Curse was a bit short on skill in my opinion, and these changes can fix this. I'd say that this roster can claim top10, maybe top5 after some time. Nothing is done, and it'll be hard for them, but it's definitely possible.

I am biased toward European teams, but it's more than obvious the only murican team capable of being close to top 10 is Quantic. They only got 2nd because VG played like shit in their bo3 against Quantic, and teams like WW, VP, etc. weren't there.

Why are ppl calling this a bad move, m3d and ezpk weren't good enough, and they more than had their chances. Also, Dynamic can't support adren and azk like curse can so why wouldn't they join, and ska and anger are every bit as good as nothing and swag.

The thing is : If it's true that the decision of changing the roster comes indeed from the management, Curse.fi maybe has to worry a bit at their next big event. If they don't place well they might have the same kind of "request" from the org.

Not a bad move actually, should be stronger now. Dynamic should get rid of Volcano and bring in Frod, Storm & Warden. Would be #1 NA in couple of months with some practise :).

Daymn! Sad for Dynamic. Was really looking forward to seeing more of their action. Weren't they also the only actually payed team in the US atm.? Anyway, sad news, and somewhat strange of course with all that AWP power on one team. Hopefully we'll see Dynamic pick up a few other good players and keep going. Otherwise the US just lost one of three top teams who could actually compete in the EU as well, and it's hard to see how that's positive for the game and scene :/ Best of luck to both Curse with their new lineup and the rest of the Dynamic players.

CSGO.NA seems to be like 1.6 was in sweden back in 2009-2011. 1-5 people changing teams, and noone new comes up to shine in the cs scene x)

the reason for that is, in order to keep your invite spot in esea you cant change too many players. if they added say 3 new talents theyd automatically get moved down to main division. its why you see the same 15 guys in all these teams
