NiP takes down WW en route to semis

NiP have moved to the semi-final at RaidCall EMS One Summer 2013 finals after a 2-0 win over Western Wolves (16-6 de_dust2_se, 16-10 de_nuke_se).

Opening round of the series saw Nichlas "Nille" Busk from Western Wolves take down two NiP players in a one-on-two situation, but fail to succesfully defuse the bomb as he hadn't purchased a defuse kit.

NiP racked up two easy save rounds after, but Jacob "Pimp" Winneche's amazing one-on-three clutch including a mid-air headshot on a jumping Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund put WW on the board.

That seemed to have angered Alesund, who went onto win a one-on-one versus Busk in the B bombsite and rack up a number of kills in the following rounds, while extending his team's lead to 8-1.

The Danes won the next two rounds with Busk putting in four AK47 kills on round 11, but Adam "friberg" Friberg's two AK47 entry kills and a final kill into the counter-terrorist spawn put his team up 9-3.

GeT_RiGhT was an absolute monster on the first map of the series

Winneche's two kills won Western Wolves a save round, but the duo of Alesund and Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg then combined for four kills, including a one-on-two by the latter that made it 10-4.

WW's Winneche once again came up huge for his team in the final round, scoring three P250 kills on a force buy, giving WW their fifth round while Alesund finished the half with a 24-7 score.

NiP won the second half pistol round basically uncontested, but were close to winning a save round as they found themselves down to two-on-four before questionable peeks from WW cost them the round.

The map ultimately finished with a 16-6 score for NiP after another three kill by Alesund (who finished with 35 kills and +25) on top of the A site. The Danes only managed one round on their terrorist side with an A hit.

The Swedes opened up their terrorist side of de_nuke_se with an attack from outside to the lower site through ramp, and found themselves up 3-0. Nicolaj "Nico" Jensen's AWP kills then put WW on the board, cutting the deficit to 1-3.

Pimp & co put up a fight but it wasn't enough this time around

NiP then extended their lead to 6-1 by winning the next round, breaking Western Wolves' economy and forcing them on two save rounds, before the Danes would mount a mini comeback.

Busk's two kills helped WW shut down NiP to make it 2-6, NiP lost the ninth round uncontested and Jensen's double AWP kill, three total that round, gave WW their fourth round.

That would be all of it for WW though, as the closest they came to winning a fifth round was a two-on-one situation on the fourteenth round, where Lindberg scored two quick AK47 kills, en route to a 11-4 half.

NiP quickly shut down WW's upper rush on their pistol round, and the Danes chose to save twice in a row, making it 14-4. Busk's one-on-one then won them the first gun round, giving WW some life.

The Danes wound up winning three rounds in a row before a four kill round from Robin "Fifflaren" Johansson gave NiP matchpoint. WW fought for three more rounds, but were ultimately knocked out by three AK47 headshots provided by Lindberg at ramp.

inb4 WW blame Air Berlin for losing their gear, even though the players should have been smart and thought "Hey, airlines lose stuff, lets keep our important gear in our hand luggage".

On readmore it said fnatic had lost their gear on the plane aswell? I was surprised they won vs LDLC with new gear, or did they mix up the names?

As usual trash stats from fifflaren. But don't worry, some white knight will show up and tell us how important he really is for his team and how his role is to suck 24/7 and how good that is.

You simply can't have five madfraggers in one team. If after a year of NiP's dominance you still don't get it - I feel sorry for you

cuz hes a caller bitch and callers dont need to have super great aim only think about other teams moves , deafault rounds , playing style and how to use it against them during the match , like kuben ANGE1 and others the Dosia and friberg only need to think how to kill... you know CS:GO is a team game and not who kills more is better?
