Nostalgie, nEophyte win groups C&D

Last two groups of Prague Challenge have ended with mix-team Nostalgie and local team nEophyte taking first spots in groups C and D.

In Group C Nostalgie cruised to first place, as they won all four matches without problems ending up with a round difference of +45 from these games. Before the final round it was known that Czech team DevilEyes would be out of the tournament, but last two spots were up for grabs in the last match between German team MTF-Gaming and Slovak team wYw.

After wYw took down the Germans on de_train_se with a 16-11 win, the group ended with a three-way-tie between the two mentioned teams and Polish team myXMG. All three of them ended up with a 2-0-2 record, but in the end it were the Poles of myXMG that were eliminated due to worst round difference (-10 vs. wYw's +2 and MTF's +8) between the three team's games. Therefore MTF-Gaming took the second place while wYw had to settle for third and last spot.

Neo led Nostalgie to playoffs

Group D's number one team was nEophyte, who recently added the former 3DMAX star Karel "sneix" Pavlica to roster. Just like all other group winners, nEophyte also won their group with a clean record. 

GUNRUNNERS from Slovakia came second only losing to nEophyte, while Latvian team DeNova took the third place and last playoff spot from the group. Slovakian team Bearson and local team DISTRICT were both eliminated from group D.

sneix is ready for playoffs.

Playoffs will be played on Sunday, starting at 10:00 with the relegation matches between second and third placed teams. Natus Vincere, Anexis, Nostalgie and nEophyte will only get into the action at the quarter-final stage which is scheduled for 13:00 .
