3DMAX release CS:GO team

3DMAX have announced that they have dropped their German CS:GO division.

The move comes as no surprise as the German team had given a woeful account of themselves at the ESWC qualifier, where they finished 3rd – 4th following a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Berzerk in the semi-finals.

Many expected it to be the final nail in the coffin of the team, who had lost Azmican "asmo" Berberoglu to Berzerk just two weeks before the tournament.

strux1 getting tired of repeated setbacks

After previous unsuccessful experiences with their CS:GO division, 3DMAX have decided to take matters into their own hands and let go of the German squad.

"I had already hinted last week that there was hardly anything left to save," Hendrik "strux1" Goetzendorff wrte on Facebook.

"I still tried to convince everyone, but today I must say that 3DMAX’s German team is over.

"To me, it is getting very frustrating that people do not see eye to eye with each other and that I have to do psychological work all day.

"I have definitely not arrived at a point where I want to retire, but after repeated setbacks I do not know if I should continue to give my all anymore."

3DMAX had the following German team:

Michele "zonixx" Köhler
Andre "nooky" Utesch
Anil "cLy" Gülec

3DMAX played at Evercore LAN for the german ESWC qualifier. They faced team Berzerk aka Team Alternate at semi-final but stavros didn't make it in time therefore 3DMAX had to play the first Map on Dust2 with 4 players. They lost against Berzerk 0-2 and after that there were rumours about ongoing flamewars between the members.

Any pro team breaking up is sad to be honest, but it was expected. They didn't perform and they clearly have internal issues. One does not simply say "I have to do psychological work all day" if everything is fine..

I just think the Germans are more public with their internal leagues. While the Fins don't publicize everything they do. The scene is quite big up there in Finland.

if the #61 is true, what would your words be if you train hard and give all what you got for the team and for the game and this guy doesn't show up. I don't say that this is correct what he did, but this is not supposed to be main reason why he doesn't play for top5 teams in csgo. Bad team-mates and so is just what I said, he's got bad luck.

of course, i would kick him instantly on first thought but well, we all dont know the reasons for stavros's late coming (eventhough we all can imagine why) and also on second thought you need to stay calm because after such words its crazy hard to get harmony back in the team. besides that he shouldnt say such things on his facebook fanpage. it just shows the low respect to each other in the team... late coming as well as insulting

Bullshit. The main reason is nooky. I remember how often he changed his players in mtw source and in csgo he destroyed mtw, mouz, wild fire and now 3dmax. So many ex players from nooky telling that he is a f*cking bad guy. I was behind nooky cheered for him and it was nice to see him with this awesome team but after he wrote on his facebook page that his mate is a son of a b*tch.. i realized that he is a ret*rd. Germany needs ambitious players like Troubley or cly who put so much time in this game. Sad for zonixx anyway but he also acted like a child in eswc.

sure im the reason haha oh wait @ mTw we won alot of things and the reasons we had to change lineups were ppl had no time (ph0s/purit/hossa ) - didnt got along with each other (osi/humpen - humpen/wilzoo - humpen/weber - weber/george) etc the only time i really wanted a change was when we took osi for disrupter - all the other times it was one of the reasons above or a teamdecision @ mouz it was troubley who did not want to play with zonixx @ wildfire tugux steped back and we could not find a replacement everyone wanted to play with @ 3dmax i was clearly the reason we splitt up - LOL u got 0,0 knowledge of what were the reasons and u think that u heard some shit of someone who heard shit so now tell me the names of those ppl i played with who say that im a bad guy - go ahead - i still have a good relation to 99% of them

dude sorry to say, but nooky is one of the best players in germany - specially on lan. I remember when i played vs mouz at CPH Games 2013, he was the only reason why they won 2-1 - the ONLY reason. :) However i do not know about hes attitude towards people !

I dont know what your plan is with your post but if you can read I never said that he is a bad player. Sure he is a good player otherwise he wouldnt play with those players. But what is the good of this when he is a good player but his attitude shit as f*ck? Its nothing new that his teams disbands or player changes incoming after looses... This 3dmax deserved to be on the top they were close to beat berzerk in 4on5. Overall they performed well as a new team.

In a month, I always get this news... 3DMAX forming new team 3DMAX replacing x with y 3DMAX replacing y with z 3DMAX have internal problems between players 3DMAX don't show up result representing his talent 3DMAX releases his cs:go squad. month end in new month again this drama starts... :D they are not giving a chance to players to set properly their gameplay... just forming, adding, kicking and releasing...
