Xapso change four

Xapso's CS:GO team have undergone an overhaul as four new players have been brought in.

It was only last month that Xapso, fresh off a 12th-16th place finish at DreamHack Winter, made headlines when they replaced Robin "robiin" Sjögren with Mathias "PnX" Pedersen due to the Swedish player allegedly not fitting in with the rest of the crew.

Much to everyone's surprise, Xapso have now parted ways with their Danish trio, Philip "aizy" Aistrup, Casper "cadiaN" Møller and Mathias "PnX" Pedersen, as well as with Norwegian player Mikael "ultra" Andersen.

Meanwhile, Robin "robiin" Sjögren has made a U-turn and re-signed for Xapso, whose lineup has been completed with the addition of three Norwegian players who come from the 1.6 scene: former Alchemists duo Kristian "KORN" Hokland and Anders "bjERKE" Bjerke, and ex-Lastbreath member Kristian "miCROVAN" Nyborg.

"After robiin, ultra and me said goodbye to the danes, we decided to pick up two new players to play with," Stian "centeks" Ledal said.

"But after that ultra said he could not play that much as we wanted, so we looked for one more new player.

"In the end we found microvan, KORN and bjerke in to the team. After some practices together we can say we feel comfortable and we really enjoy playing with each other."

Xapso now have the following lineup:

Kristian "KORN" hokland

Anders "bjERKE" bjerke

Kristian "miCROVAN" Nyborg

Robin "robiin" Sjögren

bJERKE and KORN are known for their time ind Darkside and Online-kingdom back in 1.6. mICROVAN also a great fragger from that time. I think KORN could be fun to watch, he always did sick things in 1.6 so I hope he can do the same in GO.

Robin was kicked due to underperforming and bad Behaviour. Now he got recruited again. Cadian and aizy are playing for different teams now, not sure about the other players though.

To bad there wasnt space in the article for my statement :-) We at xapso have had some trouble in the camp since we lost two mates to another organisation. We then looked at the danish scene for substitudes and found some very skilled ones. Unfortunable they wanted to go free agents and said they had other solutions than xapso. We then looked to the north and found what we needed. Xapso is going to Norway for the solid base of the team spiced with robiin from Sweden. We are exited with the new lineup and hope they will make us proud.

I am "retired". I just don't have the time for it nor the same passion anymore. I might do a chill team together with former team mates for the next ESEA season, but I wont compete in anything else. I am too busy having a full time job, studying(online) and other projects. The past 6 months have been mentally exhausting, after dreamhack i was too burnt out to continue with competitive CS.
