Gfinity with $10,000 online league
Gfinity have announced a $7,500 Alienware Pro-League Season 1, along with an Open League with $2,500.
Gfinity, who previously ran a few Call of Duty and League of Legends tournaments, have announced they will put $10,000 up for grabs in their newly opened CS:GO section.
The main attraction will be the Alienware Pro-League which will have a total prize purse of $7,500, and will feature six selected teams from the sign ups. The other $2,500 will go to the Open League which may feature a number of divisions, depending on the amount of sign-ups.
The Pro-League is set to start on February 25th and it will be played in standard league format where all teams play against each other in a period of seven weeks, with a break for EMS One Katowice. The top four teams will then advance to single elimination best-of-three playoffs set to be played in April.

March 4th - Matchday 2
March 18th - Matchday 3
March 25th - Matchday 4
April 1st - Matchday 5Playoffs
April 8th - Semi-finals (BO3)
April 9th - Grand final and 3rd place decider (BO3)
Prize distribution for Alienware Pro-League Season 1:
1. $5,000
2. $2,000
3. $500
Interested teams can head over to Gfinity's website to register their team and sign up until Monday, February 17th, after which the organizers will select 6 teams for the Pro-League.
