Fragbite Masters S2 announced

Fragbite has announced a second season of their Fragbite Masters online tournament, which will give out 140,000 SEK (~$21,500) in prizemoney.

The first season taking place in November and December saw thirty-two teams battling in two group stages into a single elimination bracket for a total of 140,000 SEK.

A few surprises could be seen in the last tournament. über G33KZ managed to overcome VeryGames 2-0 in the quarter-final, while Astana Dragons fell short to LGB eSports, who were later on eliminated by Clan-Mystik.

This time the number of teams was reduced to sixteen, twelve of which will be invited, while the remaining four will come from four qualifiers open for everyone.

March 1st is the date for the first qualifier, which means the invited teams should be known until then. HLTV.org will provide you with more information once it is announced.
