Reason, Courage join CPH Games list

Reason Gaming and Courage are the latest heavyweights to have signed up for Copenhagen Games' Trust Fona CS:GO tournament.

The Danish side will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing showing at EMS One Katowice, where they were eliminated in the group stage following a 6-16 defeat at the hands of fnatic in the Lower Bracket final.

Since then, Reason have not been seen in action, so expectation around the team, led by Finn "karrigan" Andersen, is running high.

Reason to attend CPH Games

Copenhagen Games will mark the international LAN debut for the current Courage team, who recently qualified for the $8,300 CS:GO tournament in Voronezh, Russia.

The Ukrainian side, who have in Andrey "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy their most famous player, currently sit next to last in the StarSeries league, with just one victory from eight matches.

Meanwhile, the Copenhagen Games organisers have announced that the signup and payment deadline has been moved to Monday, April 7th.

You touched upon the problem though, this is not worldwide, but only european teams. Would love to see iBP and coL here, that would be too sick.

there is no point for them to spend so much money for coming to Europe i guess, cuz prize purse is relatively small & if they don't win it, they will lose a lot of money.

I know, but still, that's the only thing this event lacks. Or two things that usually come together: prize money and US teams. Hopefully Valve will see the potential in CPH Games next year
