ESEA Invite S16 Finals viewer's guide

ESEA Invite Season 16 Global Finals will soon get underway in Dallas, TX so we now present you the official viewer's guide for the $47,500 tournament.

ESEA will be splitting up all the action between two streams, titled ESEA Blue and ESEA Green. Both are already added on our stream list, and we will make sure to add them on match pages as well.

ESEA also has GOTV available for the event, and you can find IPs on the ESEA schedule & results page. ESEA uses dynamic GOTV IPs, which means for every map the IP will change.

Can iBUYPOWER defend their ESEA championship?

Please note that due to timezone differences between North America and Europe, the days listed below may be incorrect. They are listed under the day it will be in Dallas when the match begins.

The all-star game decide which continent will have the higher seed in head-to-head battles of the same seed in each region. Click here for more details on how it affects the tournament.

The DHS playoffs and finals were in the middle of the night here. It was at 1am over here. All the good tournaments with good teams happen in the middle of the night here, and now one tournament out of the hundred you euros get to watch is at a bad time and you complain? And I don't want to sacrifice sleep to get up at 3am to watch the games I want to watch live, so you are just gonna have to suck it up.

A lot of the european tournaments also happen during the night, I don't watch all of them as I hate being up late. Most euros probably won't even complain about when the matches start as they're usually up that late in the weekends anyway. What I said was they could've pushed it a few hours earlier. Lets say it could've started at 8-9 local time instead of 10. Would've given some of us euros a match or two more to watch. I assume it would be good for the tournament aswell as most of the viewers are european and tournaments live off the viewers.

I think Friday starts so late because they need to set up, and they did not book Thursday? They do this in a hotel. So they start today late so they set up in the morning. Saturday starts in the early morning, and the finals on Sunday are like 11am PST.

The difference is those EU LANs are made of 100% Euro teams most of the time. There were no US teams in DHS. But this event is half EU teams. I don't care if games are 1-2am I guess, but 4am? Two wrongs don't make a right

Yes. If you hold your mouse over the time it'll say something like "Paris, France". So it should be "your time". For me is says "Stockholm Sweden", which is "my time". Time Zonezzzzzzzzz

Time of the matches is displayed according to the timezone setting you have configured in your profile. If despite having set it correctly the times are shown wrong you may have to choose an alternative working timezone for everything to display correctly.
