ALEX returns to webSPELL

webSPELL have announced that they have recruited Alex "ALEX" McMeekin.

The French team were recently seen in action at DreamHack Valencia, where they finished third of their group following a 16-19 Consolidation Final defeat against Outbreak, whom they had defeated in their first match.

After the Spanish event, Cecilien "⁠puure⁠" Quenault decided to step down from the team, citing personal reasons, this way creating a game that needed to be filled.

webSPELL then turned to Alex "⁠ALEX⁠" McMeekin, who is no stranger to the organisation, having represented it earlier in the year. The British player had been on the lookout for a new team following the disbandment of Safe.Gaming at the beginning of the month.

"I would like to thank webSPELL for trusting me again, I will show them that this was a good move and try to give the team some stability," McMeekin told webSPELL's website.

With these changes, webSPELL now have:

Durand "⁠br1ce⁠" Brice
Antoine "⁠titz⁠" Guerut
Julien "⁠Krav⁠" Hernandez

They went out of groups. Platinium went out of quarter finals after being mega unlucky against K1CK. Platinium is the french top4 team.

Oh, i confused pltinum and webspell ^^, k1ck was unlucky too, against LDLC they lost inferno on overtime and ended up losing 2-1

Yeah that 1v2 Maniac pulled off on inferno was pure mental, they had that round but unfortunately fox picked too much and maniac got it.

alex is pretty nuts, played with/against him on netcode brushes, gl.

alex is pretty random in mm atleast ,not even close to be a good mix player , i know that means nothing , maybe he can perform in pracc.
