Planetkey Dynamics won EPS Germany Winter 2014 following a 2-1 victory over mousesports (21-18 on de_overpass, 12-16 on de_dust2 and 16-3 on de_mirage).

The top four sides from the regular EPS season gathered at ESL's TV studio, in Cologne, on Saturday, hoping to get their hands on the top prize of €4,000.

Planetkey Dynamics came into the event as defending champions, and they did not take long to confirm their status as a favourite as they moved past dotpiXels 2-0 in the semi-finals, losing just 12 rounds in the process.

nex and strux1 had 70+ frags each

Despite fielding Andre "⁠nooky⁠" Utesch as a stand-in following the departure of Finn "⁠karrigan⁠" Andersen to dignitas, mousesports also defeated myPKV.de on just two maps, with Aleksi "⁠allu⁠" Jalli taking all the plaudits with his +16 K/D ratio.

With the grand final pitting Germany's strongest teams against each other, it was no surprise to see the match going to a third map. Planetkey Dynamics took the lead in the series following a 21-18 victory on de_overpass, but then mousesports levelled things up with a 16-12 success on de_dust2. The final map was de_mirage, and here PK Dynamics simply ran riot as they thrashed their opponents 16-3.

I have no idea about PkD seeing as they rarely get to play in larger European events. I bet on them but mouz should really just disband soon or completely overhaul their lineup because something is clearly not working.

PlanetKey always was the better team, mouz already got stomped back then during the same exact event (earlier EPS Germany), I think they are quite strong offline and if allu doesn't drop his bombs everygame, looks like mouz have no chance.

Germany has some awesome players . shame they are spread over 3 (or even more) teams and never seem to quite work when they do get together. Nex just seems to be getting better and better though, beastly stats recently.

or mouz has to switch lineups for last couple of months constantly with nooky, kzy, schneider, maikelele, gob b and nooky 20 times again, doesnt help at all. mouz with stable lineup would easily win any german team 2-0, but it didnt happen for long time with these never ending lineup changes.

LEGIJA was ok good in the beginning in mouz!! Now he is seriously the worst "pro" player in cs:go... I have really tried not to judge him bad, but after the latest lan esea and over 10 online matches, he have just finnished last every single match in like 2 month... I know that a support player should not topfrag, but when i see him play, he got a really free playstyle for mousesports, he is comming last and from behind like get_right. Everybody knows that you just have to master the timing for 100+ free kills for that style... Please change LEGIJA for a just decent semi-pro german player. Seriously, was LEGIJA not a aimstar for just 1 year ago??? Where is his dope or epo??

It was horrible to see how mouzes gave up on mirage. allu has never ever played so badly on lans what is going on ? Looked like mouzes wouldn't care less Hope they get decent and permanent lineup soon
