FalleN: "One step at a time"

Keyd Stars managed to surprise many with their successful group stage run, and here's Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo talking about the matches, the team's future and more.

Keyd Stars had to fight an uphill battle towards the beginning with NiP, but after losing to the Swedish side, they beat HellRaisers narrowly and disposed of CLG in an easy manner.

The team's captain, in-game leader and occasional AWPer, Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, was the one answering questions considering their two matches and the team's future, most importantly.

We still have one more interview left to upload, this time with TSM's Nicolai "device" Reedtz, expect that to come out in the morning before the quarter-finals begin.

It's still a lot more than anyone would have expected of a Brazilian team just a few months ago. They came a long way, they seem like hard-working players, I don't see why you should try to diminish their success at a major tournament after spending so little time practicing against EU and NA teams. I mean Vox Eminor has been trying to get to the play-offs 3 times already and failed. They're the first team ever not coming from EU nor NA to go through the play-offs of a major, I think it deserves at least a bit of acknowledgement, especially given the state of their current scene.

Fair enough. I like this team, but let's not pretend they didn't have by far the easiest group. Hope they can show us a decent match tomorrow!

After thinking about this i saw i have made a mistake, HR was one of the "legends" teams, i shouldn't have made this comparison. I think you're right, any other "legend" team instead of HR would make the group a lot harder.

Na dude, no way. Keyd's veto: Cobble and Overpass VP's veto: Dust2 and Nuke Map pools: Mirage, Cache and Inferno. Looking foward to see those two teams mirage performance, if Keyd dont feel any pressure and actually show everything they know, its gonna be a nice game to watch.

but I think VP'll veto Mirage. I don't see VP choosing mirage after watching Fnatic get raped by KeyD Stars at ClutchCon. I want KeyD Stars to win this match but VP'll have the home advantage. =)
