eLevate win Alienware Area 51 Cup

eLevate came out on top of the Alienware Area 51 Cup after defeating Team Liquid 2-1 in the grand final (8-16 on de_overpass, 16-12 on de_cache and 16-13 on de_dust2.

Eight of North America's strongest locked horns in the last two days in the very first edition of Alienware Area 51 CS:GO Cup, a $10,000 invitational tournament managed by ESEA and presented by Curse.
The biggest uspet of the tournament came right in the opening stage as CLG, who were in attendance at ESL One Katowice earlier this month, were eliminated following a 1-2 defeat at the hands of eLevate.
desi wins his first title for eLevate
Tyler "Storm" Wood's side, who recently made headlines when they recruited Derek "desi" Branchen, went on to beat Area51 to reach the grand final against Liquid, who beat Denial and Luminosity en route to the title decider.
Liquid, who snared Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski from eLevate just days ago, got off to a great start in the series and took a one-map lead following a 16-8 victory on de_overpass. But eLevate responded in convincing fashion and turned things around with 16-12 and 16-13 wins on de_cache and de_dust2, respectively.

agreed. Dunno the hype, the guy is friendly like casuals idol but in serious matches the dude doesnt stand a chance

The dude doesnt stand a chance? He dropped a 48 bomb on elevate last time they played.. and before that he dropped a 30 bomb against them. This time around roca dominated him, which kinda made him tilt hard and lose focus.. And i do think that since A51 cut him for juvenile and then later to bring him back.. Deep down he doesnt really care, it's not the usual summit who played in the ESEA League who is hyped like hell and madfragged. Any1 who even follows summit a tiny bit can clearly see that. Call me fanboy, Idc..

If he commits himself to cs he would be a better player, but he doesn't want to play csgo professionally he wants to stream therefore he's performance is understandable for a streamer if AREA51 want to get better they need to cut him and i don't think he would even mind standing down himself if he's csgo started to effect the stream.
