Teams for Gaming Paradise qualifier

Gaming.rs has revealed the full list of participants for the offline qualifier for The Gaming Paradise.

Initially scheduled for June 19-21, the qualifier has been pushed back by a couple of days as it will now take place from June 23-25. The venue, a villa located near the Slovenian seaside, remains the same.

A total of four teams - Rock, who finished runners-up to GPlay at the offline qualifier held in Belgrade two weeks ago, Team Kinguin, FlipSid3 Tactics and Gamers2 - will be contesting the spot at The Gaming Paradise, which will be held in Portorož from September 7-9.

The qualifier will be held at a villa in Slovenia

The tournament will feature a double-elimination bracket system, with a best-of-three format being used until the grand final, which will be a best-of-five face-off.

Gaming.rs will set up a stream that will be running during the entire tournament for fans to follow the players during all activities planned, which include a party with a live DJ set.

Below are the four teams who will be competing in this qualifier:

Ninjas in Pyjamas, Team SoloMid and GPlay are the first teams confirmed for The Gaming Paradise. Tickets for the event can be purchased at thegamingresorts.com.

i watched some Starcraft turnament which was hold in house also( not villa like this) and it was a really nice lan all drunked players there and fun was really nice to watch xD

I can only guess that flipside has more money. I mean Hellraiser has literally achieved nothing in the past 12 months or so? I've been wondering for months how they're able to keep any kind of sponsor.

its just strange. HR and Titan are the best t3 teams. they'd rekt all teams here yet they don't even bother to attend. HR were at stockholm for fragbite masters and tours for dreamhack. dunno why they're not here. 1st prize is $30k.

there is no point saying a team like titan or navi is tier 1, when they've won like 2 lans each in their whole history... i don't care what csgonuts or reddit is popularising.

The system for determining tiers that everybody except you uses is this: - Tier 1 teams are those who have a good shot at winning a big lan - Tier 2 teams sometimes upset tier 1 teams, and don't win big lans - Tier 3 teams sometimes upset tier 2 teams etc.
