HR withdraw from ESWC CIS

HellRaisers have announced that they have pulled out of the CIS qualifiers for ESWC 2015.

The Ukrainian-Russian-Kazakh mixture were due to compete in the qualifier, which will kick off on Tuesday at Moscow Cyber Stadium, and looked like a strong favourite to win the title after Natus Vincere received an invitation to the main event.

However, problems with the documents of some of HellRaisers' players have forced the team to cancel their participation in this tournament, according to manager Vladyslava Zakhliebina.

FlipSid3 Tactics should top the qualifier with ease

Later this week, HR will be competing at the StarSeries XIII finals, in Kiev, where $50,000 will be on offer.

FlipSid3 Tactics, who crashed out of DreamHack Summer in the group stage, are now widely expected to come out on top of the ESWC qualifier.

The groups for this tournament are as follows:

angel and kucher have a problem with visa (because assosiation with EU -> close border with Russia/BLR/Kazakh) People from Kazakhstan can moving in Russia free (with kazakh passports)

There are no visas in CIS. As in "in countries not associated with the EU". Adren and Mou have their Kazakh passports and can move in Russia just with them and nothing else.

Who told you ? We don't have organisations anyway but we will, EU & NA have political problems with the CIS region that's why they're very precautions about giving them visas, they don't have any problems with us..

Visa problems not into Russia, but for the next events, as it will take time to get them. Thus, players have to be at their home cities. Simlpy, HR sacrifice ESWC for another (EU) events.

There are 2 invited teams from the begining - ACES and F3, they are into the different groups So I cant understand why local orgs again change group for Piter Navi withdraw - groups changed HR withdraw - groups changed again Is it normal to change groups in a 15 hours before the tournament? Just put USSR into the group B and thats all Isnt it enough that russian teams will play 4 maps in a row, and ru vs ru into the last game, but both ukrainian teams will wait 12 hours between their games? Also its very clever move to make qual during the work week, why not on the weekend? Players have exams now, so lets see how many foreign teams will play with standins. Ez nerf And now ESWC, we will see, do you need fair tournament or not If yes, then Group A Vega, Aces, Log, Acg, Piter Or maybe it would be ez to make just ru qual?
