Following Cloud9 causing another upset to EnVyUs, we caught up with Ryan "fREAKAZOiD" Abadir.

Cloud9 started off the tournament with a comeback de_cache victory up against EnVyUs, and they met again in the quarter-finals. The North American representatives repeated their previous result and took the Frenchmen down 2-0.

In the following video interview, Ryan "⁠freakazoid⁠" Abadir answered a couple of questions about the EnVyUs quarter-final, how they're looking forward to meeting CLG tomorrow and his improvement from Gfinity last week.

Don't take me wrong, im not fan of DaZeD, tho i respect him, as much as seansgares. It's stupid to compare them, as DaZeD is not there anymore and iBP run they had on faceit and tournament before is still to be reached. Also DaZeD is an amazing IGL. Would be nice to have them both in scene atm so that we can compare some stuff!

I think either would be good. I'm pretty friggin impressed with Sean, though. I hadn't watched POV matches until this tournament but hear the control he has and how much respect the other players have for him. At this point, I can't say Dazed should replace him. I think they have a good team and the results are showing that.

Of course Dazed can't replace him, cause he threw the game for skins and we don't know when will they be able to come back to the competitive scene! However, Sean is doing a great job and this tournament proves that, they are also in my perspective top2 NA teams atm, so yeah. I haven't saw many POV streams cause usually only ESL cups have them if im right :/ but it's really fun, and sooner or later u can only watch NA POV Stream's cause i cant understand French or Swedish etc xd

dazed is a better igl and rifler (hell, even the guy's pistol game is ridiculously good) but the personalities wouldn't have worked. Players don't like playing with dazed, but they like to win. Ska and swag put up with dazed and steel's antics because they were getting excellent results. freak, shroud, and n0thing wouldn't respond well to criticism.
