TSM to FACEIT final over Na`Vi

Team SoloMid came from behind to beat Natus Vincere 2-1 and advance to the grand final of the FACEIT League 2015 Stage 2 finals (6-16 on de_mirage, 16-5 on de_train and 16-5 on de_dust2).

de_mirage began with a great defensive display from Na`Vi, who relied on a triple kill from Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács and a double frag from Denis "seized" Kostin to shut down the A bombsite in the pistol round. The two anti-eco rounds went Na`Vi's way quite easily, which allowed them to go into the first gun round with a couple of Famas. Still, that did not keep them from winning the round after retaking the B bombsite in a 3vs2 situation.

After finding themselves down 0-5, TSM finally managed to win a round, but their economy was broken right after as they were caught off-guarding during a B push thanks a sneaky move from Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko. Na`Vi would go on to extend their lead to 11-1, but then some over-rotation on their part left the B bombsite uncontested, which allowed TSM to get back into the game. The following round also went Na`Vi's way, but the Danes' stream was cut short by a quad kill from Zeus, which saw Na`Vi sitting on a comfortable 12-3 lead at the end of the half.

In the second half, TSM found a lifeline as they won the opening two rounds on the CT side, but Na`Vi quickly regained control of the proceedings and sealed a 16-6 victory.

seized had many crucial frags on de_mirage

The map that followed was de_train, TSM's choice, and here the Danish team came out the brighter after stopping Na`Vi's rush into the inner bombsite in the pistol round. A bomb plant and a quad kill from the CIS-based side in the first eco round gave them plenty of money to worth with, which they put to great use as they equalised the score at 2-2 right after.

However, TSM refused to throw in the towel and took the reins of the match, bringing the scoreline to 7-2 to force Na`Vi to call a timeout. The ESWC champions were able to reduce the deficit to 4-8 thanks to some great shots from GuardiaN, but the final three rounds of the half still went to TSM.

The Danish team were able to carry their momentum into the second half as they further grew their lead against an appalling Na`Vi side, who were unable to prevent their opponents from securing victory.

dupreeh delivered an amazing performance on de_train

It all came down to de_dust2, where the opening stages were keenly contested as teams practically traded round for round. That is when René "cajunb" Borg turned up the heat and shut Na`Vi down every time they tried to enter the A site - and they kept repeating the same strategy.

When TSM were leading 8-3, Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev finally stopped the Danes' streak thanks to a great flank in the middle in a 2vs4 situation. But the CCS champions were simply unmoved as they picked up the following three rounds to close out the half up 11-4.

A no-nonsense long push in the pistol round as T saw TSM further enlarge their lead. Na`Vi still tried to react by picking up the following round, but it was simply too little, too late as the Danes cruised to a 16-5 victory to seal passage to the grand final of the event.

dupreeh won train for tsm, cajunb won dust2 for tsm. navi played like navi on mirage, and started playing like envy on train and dust2, repeating the same strats even though they are not working :/ gg for tsm, hope to see a fnatic-tsm finals again so we can see an epic battle for first place.

missed a lot of easy shots too. so annoying man, they could have played a lot better. and also zeus' calling sucked on d2. everyon was righteously pointing out how they kept forcing the cat play and it never worked, but that is clearly on zeus and to a degree on starix maybe.

twitter.com/Thooorin/status/622420386110.. this pretty much, i dont know why none of the people at the event have bothered to even hint at this fact. this is why i like thorin, he would have said this. flamie sucked and he needs to perform for them to be able to be a top contender.
