Serbia replace Brazil at TWC

As Brazil was unable to deliver a lineup in the required time, Serbia will fill in the South American spot at The World Championships.

Earlier this month Australia had to withdraw from The World Championships after qualifying with a 14-man lineup, due to a conflict with the Crown's Invitational in Melbourne.

Brazil have now found themselves in a similar situation. Although neither of Games Academy or Luminosity have a tournament close to the finals in Serbia, both organizations decided against letting their players go to Belgrade in less than three weeks.

Team manager Philip Renan was thus unable to complete a lineup in time, and E-Frag were forced to find another solution. Surprisingly, the spot will not stay within South America for unspecified reasons, as Serbia has been invited as the host nation.

Their team have failed to qualify on their own. Serbia ended up in fifth place in group B with a win over Ukraine, a tie with Netherlands and three losses, to Hungary, France and Spain.

Currently, teams qualified for The World Championships in Belgrade, Serbia, taking place from October 8-11, are following:

Allu is a BOT, that's obvious. Have fun hosting another corrupted event in serbia, where the best players do not even get a chance to represent their country as the player picking system is flawed while the event calls itself "World championships 2015". (expected from 3rd world organizer). Also, had an absolute blast watching ESEC 2014 that was hosted by efrag, event started 3h delayed, the stream didn't have sound at all for 2 maps, the event was streamed on shitbox as the organizers were willing to sell their event for quick money and stream it on the worst platform. Really looking forward to this tier 1 event with quality production. Im kidding, NT serbia.

They used it to improve not only themselves, but the whole country scene, so I think it would be so good on the future, but eFrag doesn't think on other countries but their home one. Yes... I'm with you bro. We should get our boots and boycott the event. These goldiggers are playing with our effort and dedication. For an Sport that doesn't give you much in return, economically speaking here in Arg, this was huge. For us, argentinians, having this kind of opportunity is a breakandthrought in our society... with this kind of recognition we may get some attention from the same companies that in Europe are willing to give some sugar to Europeans Teams but, 0 u$s in order to build a scene anywhere else. They should not be able to call themselves TWC. We have the right to know those "unspecified reasons that are considering a team that lost almost every match on the qualifier against a team that came second after the team that dropped out from the tournament.
