mibr once again with lineup changes

In what seems like a never ending story the mibr lineup was just changed again. After under performing at ESWC 2008 mibr took the consequence and are now switching three players.

The three players saying goodbye to mibr are:

Norberto "Lance" Lage
Thiago "btt" Monteiro
Olavo "cky" Napoleon

The new players are not unknown to the mibr lineup, entering the lineup will be:

Raphael "cogu" Camargo
Renato "nak" Nakano
Lincoln "fnx" Lau.

The three "new" mibr players are as most of your probably know old mibr 1.6 players. The last time these players returned to active 1.6 duty they left after a short while, delivering disappointing results at the KODE5 grand finals. Whether the players will stay with 1.6 this time or go back to CGS after WCG is unknown, but the lineup playing the Brazilian WCG qualification will be:

Bruno "bit" Lima
Raphael "cogu" Camargo
Lincoln "fnx" Lau
Renato "nak" Nakano
Wellington "ton" Caruso

Besides that Carlos Henrique "KIKOOOO" Segal wil be stepping in as coach.

One thing is however certain, it will be interesting following this dangerous mibr lineup once again, question however is if they are still able to compete on an international level in 1.6 after two long breaks for CS:S, only time will tell.

F*cking nice. Now we can back to top again and to win some tournaments. I've seen btt and Lance's matches, they're good players when in good shape, but... :| If they won't play CS:S at CGS, hope g3x come back. :D

have you noticed that ever since going to source, not one team manages to control the players from such actions? mibr and coL used to be such great teams (mibr still is, no idea about coL now), winning major tournaments...and now this... a bit pathetic imo. :(

Damn, a lot of bullshit here. The bad performance at KODE5 had NOTHING to do with the changes. MIBR, Rio Sinistro and CGS are differents organizations, get it.

I think they will change again after WCG ::) Honestly speaking, the old lineup had a lot of potential (just see their play at GG) and these changes just to "try" at WCG, that is how I see it, is a waste of time.

i just think mibr thought they had some changes on ESWC 2008 after winning gamegune 2008. but on the other site mibr didn't have any bootcamps like fnatic or mTw and MYM. now they didn't make any impressive performance on ESWC 2008 there had to come some guys from the old line-up back, like cogu! <3 cogu!

yeah, i hope they'll realize what potential they have with those 2 awesome snipers... just look at inferno or train: 1 at banana and 1 mid -->locked down inner and outer on train -> locked down.. d2 you could place one in mid/b and 1 on a/long hope they'll make some awp based tactics ;)

This Line UP is the best ever can't wait to see mibr playing.. first game is friday hope to enjoy there game with the old line up, for bigger teams like mtw,fnatic.. be careful ;D
