nEophyte win MCR 2015

nEophyte became champions of MČR 2015 following a 2-1 victory over eSuba (de_mirage 4-16, de_cache 16-11, de_inferno 16-9), which took place in Brno, Czech Republic from November 6-7.

Teams from Czech Republic and Slovakia gathered points since the beginning of the year in numerous online and offline tournaments to make it to MČR (Czech Championship), which featured eight teams and 70,000 CZK (~$2,800) in prizemoney.

Teams were split into two groups, depending on their placing in the ladder, which were played in a double elimination, best-of-three bracket, barring the best-of-one initial round.

Majestic Lions, featuring names such as Peter "⁠uno⁠" Lipowski and Karel "⁠fredi⁠" Královec, were one of the favourites of the entire tournament due to their win at a local LAN three weeks ago, but failed to make it out of groups following losses to EERINESS and Zero Damage.

eSuba and nEophyte advanced from first places of the two groups, and both prevailed in a fairly confident manner in their semi-final battles up against eXtatus and EERINESS, respectively.

The two then met in the best-of-three grand final, and it was eSuba who took the lead in the series after a very comfortable de_mirage. Erik "⁠ecko⁠" Koširer's nEophyte managed to come back from the deficit though and surprised eSuba with a strong de_cache and de_inferno performance to take the title.

alright ill give it a last try before surrendering to your narrow-mindend behaviour and the fact that your are not even trying to prove me wrong but just saying the same shit over and over again, so here we go: The Dissolution of Czechoslovakia self-determined a split of the federal state of Czechoslovakia into the Czech Republic and Slovakia, both countries are quite well-off, but just because Czech Republic is twice as big and started out as the richer one and i feel like the education is believed to be better in the Czech Republic, especially higher education. Slovak people nowadays might not like czechs because they also like to stereotype Slovakia as more inferior, and in the same way some czech people may not like slovakians (and some may even pretend not to understand Slovak). Furthermore there is a good part of czechs that pretend slovakians to be hungarians and tend to use it as an insult (as we all know that slovak people hate hungarian, im not going into this in more depth so lets stay on the topic) towards the slovak fellowmen. Now i guess that we can agree on the fact that people from slovakia are narrow-minded, aggressive and rude (to some degree). Moving forward to the main point, the beginning of this coversation was about counterstrike so lets bear in mind that the average counter-strike player is generally aged from 13 to 28 years old (so basically teenagers and young adults). Now, i can understand that a czech or slovak guy might not be "toxic" (aggressive, rude towards eachother) at first, but lets put it this way - theres a good chance that out of 5 people, atleast 1 or 2 to be initially hostile towards their so called "brothers", leading to the latter answering aggression with more aggression and so on, and so forth. This is a prime example of your typical circlejerk, which leads to the creation of more hate and stereotypes. Therefore, stating that czechs do not hate slovaks, and viceversa, is nothing but a lie. If you still believe in this preposterous statement, then you are nothing but a delusional ignoramus.

all i can see is might,might and might.your personal opinion,which is fine but it still isnt based on real proofs i will state my opinion aswell...im in contact with slovaks every day.in work(with the older ones),in pubs,concerts etc(with younger ones,mainly students).there is no hate at all between majority of these people here(im from brno,the city with most slovaks from all czech cities i guess). i used to work as dance lector and choreographer.a lot of slovaks were visiting my lessons.i used to travel to bratislava almost every weekend(i had there lessons aswell) and again,there was no hate at all.he had always great time. and about esport? look at this news.4slovaks+1czech in both final teams and both organizations are from czech+look at comments.only you and 1 other guy(crushyou) are claiming that there is hate between majority slovaks and czechs while other like 6 people claim exactly the otherwise. im not saying that there is no hate at all but saying that its MAJORITY is just nonsense
