streboR steps down from Method

Method player Connor "⁠streboR⁠" Roberts, whom HLTV.org managed to recently interview at the RGN Pro Series Championship, made no secret of his decision to retire from competitive CS:GO as early as a month ago.

The decision, which was made by streboR due to the increasing commitments of his real life obligations, was put on the backburner until the end of the year as Method went through another roster swap for David "⁠DAVEY⁠" Stafford and called upon streboR to help the team conclude a few final matches in 2015.

With Method's qualification back into the ESL ESEA Pro League secure as of tonight, streboR will finally be able to hang up his mouse and focus on other avenues of life.

As the player explained in a Facebook post:

"After securing the position with Method for Season 3 ESL/ESEA Pro League, this will be my last match in competitive CS for the time being.

"This decision has been extremely difficult but due to the events occurring in my life as of now it seemed like the most reasonable choice to make.

"My school, future career path, and personal life is absorbing an abundance of my time, and I do not want to hold my team back anymore from progressing further as my life outside of gaming is my main priority.

"I would like to thank the Method organization as they have treated the rest of the team and I with the most up-most professionalism. I also wish the best of luck to my teammates Justin, Davey, Silent, and Toy."

streboR' decision to step down leaves Method with the following roster:
