ex-SITECS join Operation Kino
Operation Kino have announced that they have ventured into the Counter-Strike scene with the signing of the former SITECS team.
The Brazilian team were the surprise package of the South American qualifier for the Americas minor as they finished in second place after beating SANTOS Dexterity 16-11 in the Consolidation Final of this 128-side double-elimination tournament.
After the qualifier, the team parted ways with SITECS, leading to speculation about the organisation that the players would represent at the Minor.

Operation Kino will attend the Americas Minor, hosted by MLG
It has now been revealed that the players have signed for Operation Kino, a recently-built organisation who plan on expanding to League of Legends, Dota 2 and Heroes of the Storm in the coming weeks. Setting up their own gaming house is also in the organisation's plans for the near future.
"We were promised all the necessary conditions to reach the top of the Brazilian scene and then make our mark abroad," team member Denis "dzt" Fischer told maisesports.com.br.
"In exchange, the management demands us to practise and to be focused and committed."
The Americas Minor will be held at the MLG Arena in Columbus, Ohio, from January 15-17. Brazilian duo AlienTech and SITECS will join the top four teams from the North American qualifier plus two invited sides in this $50,000 tournament.
Operation Kino have the following roster:
Denis "dzt" Fischer
Gabriel "gaabxx" Carli
Gabriel "BIEL" Romais
Alef "tatazin" Pereira
Victor "iDk" Torraca
