Schedule for ELEAGUE released

Turner and WME | IMG have released a provisional schedule for the first season of ELEAGUE.

The competition will kick off on May 24 with a six-week regular season leading up to the playoffs, which will come to a close with a best-of-three final, called the 'Global Championship', on July 30.

During the season, live event coverage will be available from Tuesday to Thursday across several digital platforms from 18:00 to 02:00 and on Fridays - when the matches will also be televised on TBS - from 04:00 to 07:00 .

ELEAGUE will run over ten weeks

Fifteen teams will be taking part in ELEAGUE, some of whom, like Renegades, OpTic Gaming and Echo Fox, have already been confirmed. A final list of participants is expected to be released in the weeks leading up to the event.

i mean maybe scheduling issues? Or They want to promote the NA scene because more than likely, NA homes will be watching it so they want the people watching it to be able to relate in some way.

dont care bout the schedule but am way more interested to know who is actually in it because of the teams who are confirmed most are absolute shit and not t1 international competitors ... and if its just t2-3 teams playing I honestly dont have any interest in watching it.

Too many hate comments of the like "shit tier3 teams, no one is going to watch". I also wouldn't watch it but everyone who likes cs:go should be happy that new things are happening in the scene. I also see comments like that in various articles about low tier tournaments. I think everyone should be happy that the scene is growing.
