We talked to Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen about Dignitas' recent success, which he says is based on his team's chemistry and the players working together instead of against eachother.

Dignitas kicked-off the series against EnVyUs discretely, losing the first half of de_cobblestone—a map they are becoming more and more known for shining in—8:7 on the CT side. It all changed from there on out, however, as they turned it around, to use MSL's adjective, with sick T-sides. Dignitas won the T pistol round, tying the match 8-8, and ran away with it, winning 8 of the next 9 rounds.

It seemed de_inferno, nV's pick, was going to be their trial by fire. It was, however, the French side who ended up getting scalded, as the Danes ran circles around them taking the first half (on CT, which they call their weaker side), 4-11. A mere 6 rounds later they pocketed the match and clinched the first semifinal spot.

he actually always was a solid IGL,the thing is that he haven't had a good chemistry within the team and haven't had key players stepping up,like Kjaerbye and konfig.(Before it was kjaerbye,while aizy was carrying).

far from the best,but defenetely the most underrated one.He made all his teams work better than they were expected to while having many rounds with 3k/4k.Now he is on top of that putting big numbers(statswise) while ocasionally playing the awp with a lot of success.

I remember when MSL subbed for a t1 team on dust2 like a year ago and ended up with like 2 kills or something. Times have changed

imo MSL has always been a solid fragger but overshadowed by his teammate's highlight frags. + he has shown rly good consistency, hes been solid ever since WW times and has fought a lot to bring his teams to this level and now its paying of - definitely deserved.
