Global Challenge Dubai groups

ESL has just drawn the groups for the next Global Challenge in Dubai taking place from the 22nd to the 24th of October.

The remaining spots in the groups will be filled with local teams. As nothing but strong teams are attending the event in Dubai all groups look very strong, two teams will however make it out of the groups to the playoffs, this should ensure matches from the very best CS 1.6 has to offer in the coming week.

HLTV.org will of course be on location, Nix is on his way as i write this, we will as always be bringing you HLTV, galleries, results, demos and news coverage of the entire event, so stay tuned.

Ye but B will be filled with two squads from Dubai :=) And two will advance, so it's kinda easy guess witch teams advance. As in A and C both have three tough teams. So two tough teams gets eliminated on groupstage. That's why I think A and C are tougher, they have to play a mean game from the start :-)))

good question it starts 22nd 12AM(it can start 1h later or early) at greece timezone and where at the gitex electronic (intel area gaming) center in dubai

Nothing special in group C. Both teams will make it to the playoffs, while the remaining spots will be filled up by local teams - the only point is who will advance from the first place.

i've been to the venue yesterday... there are around 32 alienware pcs with razer keyboards n mouse.... its gonna be bad for the spectators on the venue coz der is no lcds or projectors to show ur players PoV... but der is one giant screen on the main stage... there will b delays as its the first time dubai is hosting such an event.. and not to forget dubai's never ending traffic jams... anyways Gl teams!!!
